Our website enables you to access relevant information about our company and our services. In principle, you can use our website without entering any personal data. We only collect and process personal data from you (except in the context of web server logs) if this is permitted under the GDPR or if you have previously consented to its use, i.e. if you provide us with this data yourself in order to use one of the services we offer.

For the purpose of accessing our website, we use usage data, in particular IP addresses for the purpose of establishing a client-server connection to deliver information from our servers to your Internet browser. Once the communication process has ended, we delete the usage data used.

We process your data for the purpose of contract processing if you have commissioned us to advise and train you on CAD/CAM software and to maintain and service it. This includes the option of downloading remote maintenance software from our website so that we can provide our support services. You also have the option of making CAD/CAM files available to us online for support purposes. This is done by storing the file separately via a remote data connection on our servers, which are located on our premises.

2. objection or revocation against the processing of your data

(1) If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw this consent at any time. Such a revocation affects the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have expressed it to us.

(2) If we base the processing of your personal data on the balancing of interests, you can object to the processing. This is the case if, in particular, the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract with you, which is described by us in the following description of the functions.
